Support the fine-dining service team by ensuring food is delivered promptly, accurately, and according to service standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately.
- Ensure dishes are presented properly and meet restaurant service standards.
- Coordinate with chefs, waiters, and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Handle food and tableware carefully and professionally.
- Respond promptly to instructions from supervisors and service staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Runner, Food Runner, or similar fine-dining role is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and service etiquette.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,800 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
