The role calls for polished, professional presentation and confident representation of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare consistent, high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks.
- Use coffee and brewing knowledge, including latte art; engage customers and make personalized recommendations.
- Provide warm, attentive service; maintain presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Operate coffee equipment, support daily café operations, collaborate with the team, and create a welcoming guest atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous Barista experience in a premium coffee shop or specialty café.
- Strong coffee-making skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; good English communication. Additional languages are an advantage.
- A professional attitude, positive energy, and hospitality-focused customer service.
- Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- International hospitality experience, particularly from Eastern Europe, is encouraged.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
