The role involves preparing sweet and savory crêpes, maintaining consistent food quality, and providing customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook sweet and savory crêpes according to recipes and presentation standards; operate crêpe-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare fillings, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients before service; maintain consistency in taste, portion size, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards; keep the workstation and equipment clean.
- Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
- Handle customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation; minimize food wastage and follow proper storage procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Crêpe Maker, Dessert Maker, or in a similar food and beverage role is preferred.
- Knowledge of preparing and presenting different types of crêpes and a good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
