RSA Archer Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Archer GRC implementations
• Supporting customer to close minor requirements in modules which are in Production
• Configure and customise Archer modules, including, but not limited to:

O Data Classification Oda

O It & Control Assurance

O Policy & Compliance Management

O Key Risk Indicator

• Design and configure workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, access controls, and dashboards.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and test cases.
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop reports and dashboards for executive and operational stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support on GRC frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, SOC, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for integrations (IAM, CMDB, ticketing systems, etc.).
• Deliver client training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in GRC consulting or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer configuration and administration.
• Proven experience delivering Archer Professional Services projects.
• Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and information security domains.
• Experience with regulatory and control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, and SOC.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• RSA Archer Certification (Administrator / Consultant).
• Exposure to integrations and APIs.
• Experience working with Middle East clients or regulated industries (Banking, Government, Utilities).
