RSA ARCHER Consultant

Lead and execute Archer GRC implementations and provide post-implementation support.

Supporting customer to close minor requirements in modules which are in Production

Configure and customise Archer modules, including, but not limited to:

IT Audit Management & Issue Management (Audit Engagement, Observation, Recommendation)

Configure workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, access controls, and dashboards.

Prepare configuration guides and test cases.

Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.

Develop reports and dashboards for executive and operational stakeholders.

Provide consultation support on GRC frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, SOC, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for integrations (IAM, CMDB, ticketing systems, etc.).

Deliver client knowledge transfer sessions

Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

3–5 years of experience in GRC consulting or related roles.

Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer configuration and administration.

Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and information security domains.

Experience with regulatory and control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, and SOC.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

RSA Archer Certification (Administrator / Consultant).

Exposure to integrations and APIs.

Experience working with Middle East clients or regulated industries.
