RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive self-service dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
• Analyze data for trends, patterns, and business optimization opportunities; combine data from multiple sources to generate insights.
• Translate findings into stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and business partners.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests, advise on BI and reporting practices, and identify data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

Required skills and experience

• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, BI reporting, data analytics, or automation, including at least 3 years in BI reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, automation tools, and semantic data modelling.
• Experience with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ability to combine data sources, explain insights clearly, develop recommendations, and identify data hygiene and governance improvements.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, visualization, problem-solving, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; working knowledge of IT terminology and practices.
• An undergraduate or advanced technical degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.
