RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Position summary

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
• Analyze data for trends, patterns, and business optimization opportunities.
• Present complex findings through clear stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders and business partners.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and advise on BI and reporting best practices.
• Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and identify data quality improvements.
• Work with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

Experience and qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, BI reporting, data analytics, or automation, including at least 3 years in BI reporting and analytics.
• An undergraduate or advanced technical degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze multiple data sources, present insights, recommend actions, and identify data hygiene and governance improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, automation tools, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, visualization, communication, problem-solving, and curiosity; working knowledge of IT terminology and practices.
