RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Position summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business-optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex findings into narratives, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders and business partners.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and advise on BI and reporting best practices.
• Combine and analyze multiple data sources to produce insights and identify data-quality improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

Required skills and experience

• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, BI reporting, data analytics, or automation, including at least 3 years in BI reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, automation tools, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources, communicate findings, make recommendations, and identify data hygiene and governance improvements.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, data visualization, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving skills, self-starter mindset, and intellectual curiosity.
• Working knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and industry practices.

Preferred education

• An undergraduate or advanced technical degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
