Design, develop, and maintain reporting and automation solutions while partnering with business stakeholders.
Use business intelligence, automation, and data analytics to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Build interactive, self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other tools.
- Analyze data for trends, patterns, and business optimization opportunities.
- Present complex findings through stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders and business partners.
- Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent, governed, and high quality.
- Support ad hoc reporting and provide guidance on BI and reporting best practices.
- Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and identify data quality improvements.
- Work with technical and business teams to identify and implement solutions.
Experience and qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, BI reporting, data analytics, or automation, including at least 3 years in BI reporting and analytics.
- An undergraduate or advanced technical degree is preferred; examples include mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, and computer science.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, automation tools, and semantic data modeling.
- Experience with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze multiple data sources, communicate insights, make recommendations, and identify data hygiene and governance improvements.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, visualization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; working knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and industry practices.
