RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Position summary

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive self-service dashboards and reporting with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business optimization opportunities.
• Turn complex findings into clear stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and business partners.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and advise on BI and reporting best practices.
• Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and identify data quality improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

Required skills and experience

• 6–8 years in Business Analysis, BI Reporting, Data Analytics, or Automation, including at least 3 years in BI reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, automation tools, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources, present insights, make recommendations, and identify data hygiene and governance improvements.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, data visualization, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter mindset, intellectual curiosity, and working knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and industry practices.

Preferred education

• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.
