Position summary
Experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst role focused on business intelligence, automation, and data analytics.
Design and maintain reporting and automation solutions with business stakeholders to support actionable, data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business optimization opportunities.
- Present complex findings through clear stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and business partners.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide guidance on BI and reporting best practices.
- Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and identify data quality improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
Experience and qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, BI reporting, data analytics, or automation.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in BI reporting and analytics.
- An undergraduate or advanced technical degree is preferred; suggested fields are mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, and computer science.
- Experience working with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
- Strong independent and collaborative working ability in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, automation tools, and semantic data modeling.
- Ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources, present insights clearly, make recommendations, and identify data hygiene and governance improvements.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, data visualization, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter mindset, and intellectual curiosity.
- Working knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and industry practices.
