Risk Manager , Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI tool adoption strategy across RISC and broader compliance organizations.
• Partner with Product, Science, and technology teams to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
• Establish and track productivity metrics and goals for AI-enabled compliance operations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-leverage AI solutions across compliance workflows and programs.
• Manage strategic AI initiatives from conception through implementation and align roadmap priorities with senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Represent compliance functions in cross-organizational forums; report on AI initiative progress, productivity metrics, and cross-leverage opportunities.
• Work with Product, Science, and Operations leaders to drive adoption, track improvements, and resolve implementation challenges.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience or coursework with data systems and data analysis.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them into actionable business insights.
• 5+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have demonstrated impact.
• Program or project management experience delivering cross-functional projects; experience communicating with senior management and customers.
• Experience training and deploying machine learning systems for large-scale optimization, or driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• 3+ years in regulatory compliance focused on AI tool implementation and productivity improvement.
