The role is based in Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Retain customers by addressing issues and offering appropriate retention strategies.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries and feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly retention and customer engagement targets.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer retention, telesales, or call center work is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
