Affiliate Influencer Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, influencers, and traffic partners.
• Use an established network to generate partnerships and negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and agreements.
• Monitor and optimize partner performance and track traffic, conversions, revenue, and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to increase player acquisition and campaign performance.
• Research markets and partnership opportunities, coordinate campaign execution with internal teams, and contribute to business growth.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in Affiliate Management, Influencer Management, Affiliate Marketing, or a similar role is preferred at 3+ years.
• An existing affiliate or influencer network or database is highly preferred.
• Previous iGaming experience is an advantage.
• Strong affiliate marketing and performance-based partnership knowledge, communication, negotiation, and relationship management are required.
• Business development, networking, target orientation, self-motivation, independent remote working, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are sought.

Compensation

• The posting states pay of AED 8,000–20,000 per month.
