Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Retain customers by addressing issues and offering appropriate retention strategies.
• Follow up with customers regarding queries and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly retention and customer engagement targets.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, customer retention, telesales, or call center work is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally is required.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment is required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay is AED 3,200 to AED 7,000 per month.
