About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Japanese-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Translate documents and communications between Japanese and English when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Japanese proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is required.
• Good command of English is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, client support, sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 9,000 per month.
