Apex General Trading Co is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retention Executive in Dubai.
The role communicates with existing customers, resolves concerns, improves satisfaction, and increases customer retention through relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and build relationships.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Address issues and apply retention strategies.
- Follow up on customer queries and feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly retention and engagement targets.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to handle objections and resolve issues professionally is required.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are required.
- The ability to work in a target-driven environment is required.
- Customer service, customer retention, telesales, or call center experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity are advantageous.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
