Maintain an attractive, well-stocked retail store with accurate pricing to support sales and a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain product displays, shelves, and promotional areas using planograms and company guidelines.
- Refresh layouts for new arrivals, seasonal products, and offers.
- Monitor stock and replenish shelves to prevent stock-outs.
- Receive deliveries, compare goods with invoices, and report shortages or damage.
- Apply price tags, shelf labels, and promotional signage; ensure shelf prices match the POS system.
- Rotate stock using FIFO and check expiry dates where applicable.
- Assist customers with product information and finding items.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and sales trends to management.
- Help with stock takes and audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Marketing, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising diploma is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of retail merchandising or similar experience.
- Understanding of visual merchandising and planograms.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a sense of aesthetics.
- Good English communication; Hindi, Tagalog, or Urdu is an advantage.
- Ability to lift stock and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and inventory or POS systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- UAE or international retail experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
