Lead online sales channels and grow digital revenue.
Manage the online store, marketplaces, and digital marketing activities in coordination with marketing, sales, and logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy and sales targets.
- Manage the online store, including product listings, pricing, content, and promotions.
- Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.
- Plan and run digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, and social media.
- Improve website user experience, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment, delivery partners, and returns with operations and logistics teams.
- Oversee payment gateways and ensure secure, smooth checkout.
- Analyze traffic, sales, and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and other tools, and report results to management.
- Maintain customer service standards, reviews, and online reputation.
- Lead the e-commerce team and manage agencies and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of growing online sales.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with inventory, payment gateways, and delivery integrations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent English and Arabic are required.
- UAE or GCC e-commerce experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
