Interior Architect (UAE experienced)

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and presentation packages.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, authority, and other external consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and authority requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain design intent.
• Work with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Support client meetings and presentations when required.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Three to six years of relevant experience, including at least three years of interior design experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as 3ds Max or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with authority approvals in Dubai is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Arabic language ability is required.

• Knowledge of FF&E selection and sourcing.

Compensation

• Pay ranges from AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
