A fast-expanding healthcare logistics and medical supply provider operating across the UAE, we specialize in the import, distribution, and on-ground delivery of critical medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and government health authorities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for medical product imports: customs clearance, documentation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to healthcare facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP) regulations, GSO standards, and international medical device licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and healthcare procurement teams to meet tight delivery windows and inventory benchmarks.
- Track and report on shipment status, stock levels, and potential supply chain disruptions using ERP or logistics tracking software.
- Resolve documentation or customs bottlenecks promptly to avoid delays in life-critical medical supply chains.
- Support internal audits and quality reviews to maintain ISO 13485/ISO 9001 compliance in medical logistics operations.

Preferred
- Experience with cold chain logistics for biologics or vaccines
- Arabic language proficiency (written/spoken)
- Previous work with MoH or Dubai Health Authority (DHA) procurement systems
