We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurants is an advantage.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
