- Deliver food orders to customers safely and on time.
- Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy.
- Collect cash payments and process transactions when required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic regulations.
- Keep the delivery motorcycle clean and in good condition.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
- Assist with packing and organizing orders during slow periods.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff regarding delivery status.
- Ensure food quality and temperature are maintained during transport.
- Handle customer inquiries and delivery-related concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Good knowledge of local roads and locations.
- Ability to use GPS and delivery applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage.
