Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Waitress to join our team.
The successful candidate will prepare and serve beverages, take customer orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle cash and POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, coffee station, and work areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Refill supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista, Waitress, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
