The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, maintains high food quality standards, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery products.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking times and ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery.
- Store ingredients and finished products properly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist with new product preparation as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bakery man or baker.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
