Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will lead the team, maintain high service standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities
- Manage and support front-of-house and service staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Assist with staff training and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
- Prepare daily reports and assist with cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
