Manage daily operations of a fast-food restaurant, including the kitchen, front-of-house team, inventory, customer service, and business performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, service speed, food quality, and accurate, timely orders.
- Supervise kitchen preparation, recipes, portions, cleanliness, and hygiene; coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate staff and address performance concerns.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, waste, stock rotation, and supplier relationships.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints; maintain the dining environment and monitor online reviews.
- Track sales, expenses, and labor costs; prepare reports and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and inspection and hygiene-training records.
- Support marketing promotions, delivery-platform coordination, and local efforts to increase foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Proven restaurant manager experience; fast-food experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage kitchen operations and maintain food quality.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
