Prepare high-quality burgers and Western-style sandwiches, with responsibility for food preparation, grill cooking, and maintaining an orderly kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook burgers, grilled sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items.
- Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Manage orders efficiently during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
- Monitor stock, report shortages, and minimize food waste.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas; coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service.
Requirements
- Previous experience preparing burgers and Western-style sandwiches.
- Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety.
- Work quickly while maintaining quality; demonstrate teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,700 per month.

- Work location is in person.
