Supervise daily catering, kitchen, mess hall, and office pantry services.
Ensure food and beverage services are timely and meet company, client, hygiene, food safety, and HSE requirements.
Catering and mess hall operations
- Supervise breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, packed meals, and special meal services.
- Ensure meals follow approved menus and timings; monitor quality, taste, presentation, portions, and availability.
- Keep mess halls, serving counters, dining areas, and service equipment clean and prepared.
Pantry and coffee bar
- Supervise pantry and coffee bar operations and maintain availability of approved refreshments and supplies.
- Monitor pantry and beverage stock levels and coordinate replenishment with stores.
Food safety, hygiene, and HSE
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, HSE, company, and client requirements.
- Monitor temperatures, expiry dates, labeling, storage, and FIFO/FEFO practices; ensure cleaning and sanitization.
- Monitor waste disposal and pest-control conditions and promptly report concerns, contamination, defects, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
- Support inspections, close corrective actions, and participate in stock counts and inventory verification when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of catering supervisory experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience managing large-volume catering, mess halls, pantries, and coffee bars.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and HSE requirements.
- Strong staff supervision and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work and reside at a site/camp location in Abu Dhabi Western Region.
Pay
- AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
