Supports day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Helps maintain accurate employee records, coordinate mobilization, attendance, and payroll, and follow company procedures and UAE requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee files, HR records, contracts, IDs, visas, and other documents; coordinate recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, and demobilization.
- Monitor attendance, timesheets, leave, absences, and employee movements; prepare monthly payroll inputs, overtime, deductions, and leave details.
- Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and work permit processes with the PRO.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, memos, warnings, and correspondence; maintain manpower lists and daily/monthly HR reports.
- Support employee relations and routine staff inquiries; maintain office records, filing systems, stationery, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and head office, maintain confidentiality, and perform other assigned HR and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience; construction, oil and gas, catering, or manpower operations experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE HR procedures and labour requirements.
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
