Restaurant Hostess / Waiter

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, assist with seating, and provide menus.
• Take orders, explain menu items when needed, and provide attentive table service.
• Keep tables clean and set; coordinate with the kitchen and team to serve orders correctly and on time.
• Handle customer requests and concerns, and process orders and payments when required.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards; follow company policies, food safety standards, and service procedures.
• Support opening, closing, and general daily operations and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good English communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, professional attitude and appearance; reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant, flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, and as part of a team.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,500–1,800 per month.
