Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to approved recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards; manage daily mise en place.
• Prepare delivery, meal-plan, and catering orders, including calorie-conscious meals and vegan, keto, and gluten-free options.
• Handle allergies carefully and prevent cross-contamination; maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across brands.
• Monitor freshness, storage temperatures, labelling, and stock rotation; control portions, minimize waste, and report stock needs.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and packing teams to ensure accurate, timely orders.
• Support menu development, recipe testing, and new dishes.

Requirements

• Previous Chef or Cook experience in a restaurant, catering operation, or cloud kitchen.
• Strong cooking skills and ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.
• Experience preparing international cuisine; healthy meal preparation is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, storage, and allergen handling.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain quality under pressure; dependable and cooperative across kitchen sections.
• Previous UAE kitchen experience is preferred.
• Culinary qualifications or food safety certification are advantageous.
