Role summary

Workplace and schedule

• Full-time position at Dubai Production City, Dubai.
• The position is not remote.

Education and experience

• High school diploma or GED and four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
• Alternatively, a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major and two years of relevant experience.

Operations and compliance

• Supervise restaurant, bar/lounge, and applicable room-service daily operations; perform employee duties when needed.
• Maintain service, food handling, and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with food and beverage policies, laws, and regulations, including liquor laws.
• Review staffing levels and employee productivity to meet guest-service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Assist with menu planning and recognize product and presentation quality.

Team leadership and guest service

• Lead, guide, coach, and train employees; set performance expectations and support employee development and retention.
• Plan and prioritize departmental goals and promote collaboration, trust, and professional conduct across the team.
• Deliver excellent guest service, address complaints, gather feedback, and implement corrective actions to improve service and satisfaction.
• Manage service delivery across outlets, from guest arrival and ordering through food and beverage service, payment, and departure.
• Assist servers and hosts during meal periods and peak demand; supervise shifts when the Assistant Restaurant Manager is absent.

Additional duties

• Oversee departmental financial matters, including purchasing and invoice payments.
• Communicate operational information and analyze results to select solutions and resolve problems.
