What you’ll do
- Develop, own, and refine long- and short-term resource, recruitment, and training plans.
- Create insight-led plans using data, forecasting tools, and emerging technologies.
- Identify operational risks, trends, and opportunities through analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
- Use digital tools, automation, and AI-driven insights where applicable to improve planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align resource plans with wider operational and financial plans.
- Contribute to Operations Planning strategy and improve processes, systems, and working practices.
- Reconcile financial variances and align resource plans with budgets and forecasts.

- Strong numerical capability, data interpretation, problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Confident with digital tools and data platforms and interested in applying AI or automation to planning.
Desirable experience
- Planning systems experience, including testing, issue resolution, and compliance with system standards.
- Experience in training planning, reporting, budgeting, or resource modelling, plus organizational and prioritization skills.
Contract
- Permanent, full-time role.
