Join the Network Strategy team within Networks & Alliances, helping shape British Airways' future network.
The team analyses markets, identifies opportunities, and informs strategic choices affecting customer connections.
What you'll do
- Develop network strategies supporting long-term business planning and growth.
- Analyse route and network performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Turn complex analysis into recommendations for senior leaders.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform decisions.
- Collaborate across British Airways, IAG, and partner teams on network development.
- Help shape connectivity and planning strategies for the Heathrow hub.
Experience and skills
- Numerate degree or equivalent analytical experience.
- Strong understanding of airline economics and aviation commercial drivers.
- Knowledge of the British Airways network, fleet, and operational considerations.
- Awareness of competitor and partner airline networks.
- Experience analysing data, developing recommendations, and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
- Strong analytical thinking, judgement, influence, collaboration, resilience, and constructive challenge.
Location
- The stated work location is Waterside, British Airways Head Office, London.
