Qualifications

• 
• 1-2 years of work experience in business operations, resource management, finance, reporting and analytics, or a similar domain.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with comfort working with spreadsheets, data analysis, reconciliations, and basic reporting. Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is also important.
• Fair working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in a business environment. The candidate should be able to use AI tools for productivity, summarization, drafting, research support, data interpretation, or workflow improvement, and should understand the importance of validating AI-generated outputs.
• Awareness of responsible AI use, data privacy, information security, and confidentiality when using AI-enabled tools with business information.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with close attention to detail. Ability to work with data to identify trends, exceptions, and inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with team members and stakeholders at different levels to gather information and resolve data issues.
• Collaborative and willing to learn, with the ability to work under guidance and independently when required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, with a proactive approach to deadlines and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in learning and applying automation or low-code tools is preferred. Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource management or professional services automation tools is a plus. Exposure to Workday and Salesforce is highly desirable. Knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar ticketing or workflow system is an advantage.
