Responsibilities

• Program Execution Support
• o Assist in end-to-end execution of learning programs
• o Support course setup, enrollments, and participant tracking
• o Help manage roster updates and ensure data accuracy during program delivery
• Reporting & Data Support
• o Generate standard reports related to enrollments, completion, and learner participation
• o Support data consolidation for surveys, assessments, and program feedback
• Stakeholder Coordination
• o Coordinate with internal teams for program scheduling, communication, and execution
• o Support query resolution and provide learner support
• Engagement & Team Support
• o Being part of learning engagement initiatives and team activities and larger events
• o Contribute to documentation where required
• Basic Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in L&D / HR Operations / Program Coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of Excel Preferred, LMS Know
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
