Role overview

Customer and financial responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of healthcare RCM accounts receivable processes, performance SLAs, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop team domain and process knowledge; manage process profit and loss and drive quality improvements to avoid penalties.

People and process responsibilities

• Manage attrition, team reviews, progress reports, appraisals, individual performance plans and disciplinary matters.
• Meet quality parameters, implement Lean Sigma efficiency projects, and ensure timely MIS reports.
• Monitor work quality and team performance; coordinate client updates and process issues.
• Improve operating-team quality and productivity, ensure workflow adherence, and develop team leaders.
• Maintain the project skill inventory and coach team members on quality and productivity.

Escalation and coordination

• Serve as the final escalation point for concerns involving support groups such as HR, administration, TSG, QAG and Finance.
• Handle project administrative issues and address BUH concerns; take on additional team responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• Team-handling skills are mandatory.
• Good communication and English written and listening skills; neutral accent noted in the posting.
• Willingness to work US shift timings.
• US healthcare and RCM accounts receivable experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and a positive attitude.
