يمثل الجامعة في الجهات الحكومية والخاصة خارج الجامعة ويكون مسؤول عن تسليم واستلام الوثائق منهم وإليهم وعن التواصل معهم والرد عليهم في حال وجود استفسارات متابعة المراسلات التي تصدر من مدير مكتب نائب مدير الجامعة للشؤون العلمية إلى الوزارات، السفارات، الأفراد وإعداد تقارير عما تم بشأنها. القيام بالأعمال التنسيقية للمكتب بما تشمله من تنظيم المواعيد والمقابلات والاتصالات وحفظ الملفات والوثائق السرية المرتبطة بالمكتب وضمان سريتها. التنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية (وزارات/ هيئات/ سفارات/ أفراد) لاستلام وتسليم وثائق إدارية ومالية للجامعة ومتابعة أي مهام متعلقة. القيام بأي أعمال أخرى ذات علاقة بطبيعة العمل عند التكليف.
