The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
Manages and coordinates a range of PMO and Project Controls services to support designated projects within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions under senior mentorship.
- Implement PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies effectively across projects.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to monthly reporting, performance reviews, and delivery of key insights.
- Recommend and develop methodologies, including Earned Value Management.
- Integrate PMO disciplines, ensuring alignment of risk management and planning.
- Drive consistency with Mace Control Centre standards, client requirements, and legislation.
- Provide technical expertise while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon transition goals.
You’ll Need To Have
- 15+ years’ major programme leadership with proven team development.
- Advanced technical mastery, shaping standards, processes, and performance.
- Strong stakeholder influence with clear, confident communication.
- Analytical, detail‑focused, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
