Rental Manager

Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Manage the rental team, set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide guidance and coaching.
• Develop strategies to increase rental revenue and identify property sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.
• Source properties, generate leads, manage listings, and coordinate viewings and negotiations.
• Oversee rental transactions from inquiry through agreement and completion.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, property prices, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate property promotion and lead generation with marketing.
• Maintain property records and oversee tenancy contracts, Ejari, renewals, and related documentation.
• Resolve landlord and tenant concerns in a timely manner.
• Report on leads, viewings, conversions, revenue, and team performance.
• Collaborate with management on business development and growth strategies.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate rentals, property sales, or property management, with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, rental procedures, tenancy contracts, and Ejari.
• Proven record of achieving rental targets, generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

• Ability to develop business opportunities, manage a team, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• RERA certification is preferred.
