Role Overview
Registration Volunteers support the registration and visitor management team during an exhibition.
The assignment lasts three days on 7th, 8th, and 9th September in the exhibitions and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist visitors at self-registration kiosks.
- Assist with badge scanning and verification.
- Manage queues and ensure a smooth flow of visitors.
- Guide visitors through the registration process.
- Assist visitors with basic registration-related queries.
- Keep the registration area organized and professional.
- Report technical or registration issues to the relevant team.
- Carry out other registration-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Candidates should be friendly, professional, and presentable.
- Candidates should be responsible and punctual.
- Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience is not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation or an allowance of 50 AED per day is provided for the volunteering period.
- A Certificate of Participation is provided upon successful completion.
- The role offers hands-on experience in the exhibitions and events industry.
