🔧 What You’ll Do as a Rental Equipment Counter Sales Representative:

Assist customers in person and by phone to identify the right rental equipment

Coordinate the rental process from order to return with attention to accuracy and service

Support Outside Sales Representatives to complete customer transactions

Dispatch haul trucks for delivery and pickup of equipment

Manage contracts and billing through our internal systems

Use available tools and resources to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

🛠 ️ Qualifications:

College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field preferred

Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree

Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal, written, phone, in-person)

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Mechanical aptitude to understand customer equipment needs

⭐ Preferred Experience:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment or similar heavy machinery

Familiarity with rental applications in construction, pipeline, or industrial settings
