Job Description
- Conduct root cause analysis and equipment failure investigations; identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve machinery reliability.
- Apply RCM and FMEA methodologies to optimize maintenance strategies and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Monitor and analyze MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and other reliability KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Use CMMS/ERP maintenance data to identify equipment trends, improve maintenance programs, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to enhance plant efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset performance management; tissue paper or continuous-process manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCA, RCM, FMEA, MTBF, MTTR, and reliability improvement, with proven equipment failure investigation experience.
- Proficiency in CMMS/ERP maintenance systems; SAP PM is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical reporting skills.
- CMRP certification or equivalent is preferred.
