Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and KHDA documentation for all staff.
- Manage HR records, attendance, leave, payroll support, and compliance.
- Support staff relations, resolve queries, and maintain a positive school culture.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and ongoing staff development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role within the school or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, KHDA requirements, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with staff qualification verification and KHDA Teacher Permit processes.
