Commis (Hot & Cold) role at a high-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai, UAE.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and set up food stations according to restaurant recipes.
- Cook and plate dishes quickly and correctly during busy service hours.
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety and stock rotation rules.
- Check station stock, report low items, and store deliveries properly.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Must be willing to attend a kitchen trial and available for immediate joining.
