Achieve sales and revenue targets by providing high levels of customer service and acting as a single point of contact for customer needs.
Support customers with accounts, deposits, remittances, and advice on financial and technology solutions.
Enterprise banking and accountabilities
- Consult on working capital finance, term lending, trade services, letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Advise on sweep accounts and customer liquidity returns, insurance, treasury, investment, and premium cash management.
- Support business technology solutions, retail solutions for employees, and Corporate Internet Banking.
- Engage with credit analysts, unit heads, customers, regulatory authorities, the central bank, and professional advisers.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; a business-related major is preferred.
- Requires 8–10 years of relevant banking-sector experience, including at least four years in relationship management.
- Requires banking-industry knowledge, selling skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to achieve results within defined timeframes and interact with internal and external customers in a multicultural environment.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
