Achieve sales and revenue targets by providing customers high levels of service and acting as a single point of contact for their needs.
Support customers with account opening, deposits, and remittances, and advise them on financial and technology solutions.
Key accountabilities
- Provide assistance and consultation on working capital finance and term lending.
- Advise on trade services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Support sweep accounts and returns on customer liquidity.
- Provide insurance, treasury, investment, premium cash management, business technology, and employee retail solutions.
- Interact with credit analysts, unit heads, customers, regulatory authorities, the central bank, and professional advisors.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related major.
- 8–10 years of relevant banking experience, including at least four years in relationship management positions.
- Knowledge of the banking industry, selling skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve results within defined timeframes and interact with internal and external customers in a multicultural environment.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
