The company specializes in pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, food ingredients, essential oils, natural fragrance solutions and specialty raw materials serving the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and wellness industries.

As part of the expansion of our international regulatory activities, we are seeking a

Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regulatory documentation for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and cosmetic ingredients.
  • Prepare and maintain technical dossiers, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support product registration and regulatory submissions across GCC and selected international markets.
  • Monitor changes in local and international regulatory requirements affecting the product portfolio.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical and regulatory documentation.
  • Support customers by providing regulatory information and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Commercial Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Maintain organized regulatory databases and document management systems.
  • Participate in internal compliance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist during customer audits and supplier qualification activities when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Product Compliance or Technical Documentation is highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of GCC, European or international regulatory frameworks is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English.
  • Arabic is considered a plus.
  • Experience with ERP, document management or compliance systems is an advantage.

Compensation

SAR 20,000 – 32,000 per month
