Our portfolio includes pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, food ingredients, essential oils, natural fragrance solutions and specialty raw materials serving the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and wellness industries.

To strengthen our international customer operations, we are looking for a

Customer Success & Account Operations Specialist

based in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with international B2B customers after the commercial agreement.
  • Coordinate order execution from confirmation to delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments.
  • Support key accounts with product documentation and commercial information.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and customer records.
  • Prepare sales reports and operational performance indicators.
  • Support international exhibitions and customer visits.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account coordination, commercial operations or international trading.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fluent English.
  • ERP/CRM knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Additional languages are appreciated.

Compensation

QAR 18,000 – 28,000 per month

plus

Salary will be determined according to experience, technical knowledge and international achievements.
